We produce each batch fresh to ensure quality, consistency, and scent integrity—rather than pulling from long-stored inventory. Because of this small-batch process, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume, but it allows us to deliver the highest-quality product possible every time.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on order size and production queue. All items are made to order.

How much is shipping?

🐾 Free Shipping:
Orders of $350 or more qualify for free standard shipping—a great way to save when stocking up on favorites.

📦 Standard Shipping:
For orders under that threshold, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen service, and package weight.

✈️ International Shipping:
International shipping costs vary widely by country and carrier and will be shown at checkout when you enter your address.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellations and changes can only be made within a short window after you place your order — typically within the first few hours. If you need to cancel or adjust your order (such as changing a scent, size, or address), please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order enters production, changes may not be possible.

We offer 32 oz and gallon sizes, and when diluted properly, they produce an impressive amount of ready-to-use shampoo:

What dilution ratios do you recommend?

Our shampoos are 50:1 concentrates, meaning they’re designed to be heavily diluted while still delivering powerful cleaning and coat results.

Recommended starting point:

🧴 Shampoo: 50:1 (50 parts water to 1 part product)

From there, you can adjust slightly based on your needs:

Heavily soiled coats: 30:1–40:1

Maintenance baths or light soil: 50:1

Dense or oily coats: 40:1

Are all shampoos and conditioners the same base with different scents?

Most of our shampoos share the same high-quality hypo base with different fragrance profiles. Some specialty lines—such as whitening or color-enhancing formulas—have targeted ingredients for specific coat needs.

What is “Secret Sauce” oil?

Secret Sauce is our signature finishing oil designed to add shine, softness, hydration, and scent longevity without weighing the coat down. It can also be added to our conditioner and detangling spray. A little goes a long way!

Can your conditioner be used as a rinse-out and leave-in?

Yes! Our conditioner is dual-purpose.

Rinse-out: Leave on 5–10 minutes before rinsing.

Leave-in: Apply sparingly for ongoing hydration and manageability. The coat will absorb what it needs and any excess will blow off during drying without leaving residue.
